Your Responsibilities;

– You must hold a driving licence that is valid for the UK (provisional, full or an appropriate foreign licence). Failure to hold a valid licence will result in your course being terminated and all paid fees lost.

– You must be able to read a number plate from the legal distance of 20.5m or 67ft. Failure to read a number plate from the required distance will result in your course being terminated and all paid fees lost.

– You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time during your course. If it is suspected you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, your course will be terminated and all paid fees lost.

Our Responsibilities;

– All our driving instructors are approved and licenced by the Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency.

The Course;

– Your driving instructor reserves the right to refuse taking you to your driving test if they do not deem that you are of a safe standard and ready for your test.

–  The time used for your driving test and travel home will be deducted from the total amount of hours you purchase.

– Lessons over two hours are subject to a 5-10 minute break for refreshments, which is part of your lesson time.

The Payment;

– The remaining balance is payable directly to your allocated driving instructor via bank transfer, we, Driving Excellence can not except payment on their behalf.

-The payment to your allocated driving instructor is a payment for the lessons agreed and is a contract between you, the pupil and them, the driving instructor.

-The remaining balance is payable no later than 2 weeks before your first lesson commences, failing to pay this balance in time to your allocated driving instructor will result in your course being terminated and all paid fees lost.

-We cannot be held responsible for any monies transferred to your allocated driving instructor. All the driving instructors  we use work on a self employed basis.

– Once the lessons have been agreed between you, the pupil and your allocated instructor, the lessons can only be changed at your driving instructor’s discretion. If you cancel or do not attend an agreed lesson, that lesson will be forfeited and all paid fees for that lesson will be lost.

– The deposit is non refundable.
