•          Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) – to book tests.

•          Driving Test Cancellations 4 all – to find a suitable cancellation for your test.

•          Franchised/Contracted driving instructors – for the provision of tuition.

•          Stripe – for processing of payments.

We do not pass any information to any third party without gaining your consent (or if we are legally obliged to do so). Once you have given consent (typically by allowing a pass picture to be taken) and it has been passed onto a third party (i.e. posted to social media/our website), this information can be commented on or copied by third parties without our authorisation. If you should wish to exercise your right to have access to/remove this information, please get in touch using the details at the bottom of this page. 

Financial information used to pay for driving courses is handled securely. The only financial information stored by us is that which is required by law. Additionally, we keep physical paper files which may contain your name, address, telephone number, email address, driving licence number, details of the driving course, payment details and other details that are required to administer driving courses.

We also retain copies of DVSA booking receipts, Stripe payment receipts and other documents appertaining to the driving course and/or tuition.  If we have received correspondence from customers, then copies of this correspondence may also be kept. All data is automatically deleted after 7 years.

Furthermore, we use cookies on this website to provide a better user experience. This entails placing a small text file on your device to monitor how you use the website and to record or log whether you have seen specific content displayed. Cookies are sometimes also required to use and enjoy the full functionality of this website. We use a cookie control system that allows you to accept the use of cookies. This is in the form of a small pop-up at the foot of the site. As well as this, your chosen web browser should provide you with the controls to manage and delete cookies from your device.
